Job Description

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities
  • Proactively contact new and existing clients, propose the projects and close the orders
  • Follow up new business opportunities whilst maintaining strong business relations with existing clients and partners
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business, product, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales
  • Track sales information and provide sales reports
  • Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors and market dynamics
  • Provide excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests, including the machine tools recommendation for clients
  • Implementing the sales plan and policy set by the company
  • Responsible for any job assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High sense of integrity and be persistent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of work experience in sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
  • Analytical, strategic and logical thinking with a sound understanding of commercial businesses
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering solutions
  • Ability to translate complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
  • Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent working style, self-driven and result-oriented
  • Good command of English
