The Bend Status Navigator

The bend step navigator is the central tool to review the bend solution. As changes are made to the punch, die, sequence, or gauge configurations, the bend navigator is immediately updated with the new status. This immediate feedback makes it easy to experiment with different configurations without having to issue a recompute command each time.

Bend Status Navigation

• Current bend is displayed with an outlined box and is hatched.
• Bending with a warning in yellow.
• Bend with an error with a critical problem in orange.

Bend Simulation Navigation

The simulator can be used to play the bend simulation starting from the selected bend to the end, it also has options where you can stop, skip and control the playback speed.

Bend Status Navigation – Expanded View

Clicking on the on the two chevrons (facing down or up) can open or expand the extended view where you can see the detail of each bend and status which is based on the items used to bend the part (Punch, Die, Back Gauges…).

Top Tip: As you make changes to the punch, die, sequence, or gauge configurations, the bend navigator is immediately updated with the new status.
